My 2005 (just a guess) Tech 6 Alpinestars boot needs a fixing. The sole insert on my left boot has partially come out, and now it is a flap which sometimes gets caught on my foot peg. This could cause me an accident so I need it fixed. I found some sole inserts, but I also found the whole sole.
Should I replace the whole sole or just the insert?
Since the Insert has just come out form under the sole, can I just take it to a boot repair store and get it fixed?
I also was wondering, if i buy new soles, would the boot repair person be able to fix the mets tips of the boot on the under side? Here is some pictures of the boot soles and metal tips.

it could be time for some new ones. all goods thing have to come to an end.
It looks like it is time to let the boots go. I know it is sad when they have served you well, but they look like their time has come and they need to move on to a better place.
The money you would spend on new soles can go towards a new set of boots to love.Alpinestars 2005 Tech 6 boots???
You can do either, the whole sole would be more expensive, bu tif money didnt matter, then you could just buy a whole new pair of boots.
