There is a perfect location at a very busy Interstate/Street intersection. There is a Waffle House across the street but its a long hassle for drivers to get to the site from WH. There is no IHOP in my state and the nearest one is across the bridge. I am only 23 and think that this location is the perfect location due to many hotels that host conventions and apartment complexes plus its right off the exist. IHOP requires you must have a net worth of $1 million and $300K in liquid assets. My dad nearly meets the liquid assest requirements but not the $1 million net worth requirements. If my dad goes the bank, could they help us get the business going? I am trying to find any possible way to get the IHOP in operation because I know it is such a prime location! Your best bet would be to find a business partner with the net worth. I suggest this business partner have experience in the restaurant business. Owning and operating a restraurant is not easy, especially if you don't have any experience.
