Welcome %26amp; have to admit that not all IHOPs are created equally. The ones on the eastern seaboard seem to have more while west coast ... meh.

I don't think they are. They just call it international to give it a European feeling. It makes the place seem less white trash, but hey what can I say, I love their waffles.
