Is there anything you can do if a cb radio signal is coming through on the tv?

Our super annoying next door neighbor has a cb radio in his house. It used to not be so bad, but recently it is so loud that we cant watch tv when he's talking. And now it completely freezes the screen so you cant even watch if you want to. My mom said there's nothing that can be done, but there has to be something. Please helpIs there anything you can do if a cb radio signal is coming through on the tv?
It sounds like your neighbor has intalled a power amplifier on his CB. These are illegal because they tend to cause all kinds of interference. I don't suppose talking to him about it would do any good. A call to the FCC should get him a letter about this. You might have to be persistant in calling the FCC but they should at least send a letter. If he pays any attention to the letter is debatable. It's worth a try. As the other answer suggests, a filter on your cable may help the situation. Is there anything you can do if a cb radio signal is coming through on the tv?
This could be front-end overload due to illegal amplification of your neighbor's radio signal. Try putting a high-pass filter where the signal comes in. These are readily available at electronics stores.
