Is there any kind of tape or velcro you can use to hold a cb radio in a car?

Im trying to mount a cb radio in front of the passenger seat and i dont want to make holesIs there any kind of tape or velcro you can use to hold a cb radio in a car?
3M has some red mounting tape that will do the job. It's ten times as strong as regular sticky tape. You can also use the 2 inch industrial Velcro. I use that stuff where I used to bolt things down.
