Will a 2006 acura rsx base model beat the older civic models?

Civic before the newer models/bodys came out? Both unmodified. Will it beat the new 2009 honda civics? And if no to any question what can I do to make it just a little more faster. I dont want anythign drastic cause im a girl but anything small not super expensive and nice sounding.Will a 2006 acura rsx base model beat the older civic models?

an 06 rsx base model can take on most civics if theyre stock, the only civic si models you can take on with a base model rsx is the 84-95 models, the civic si in 99 had 160hp stock and ur base model rsx has 155hp stock
