I have a Midland 1001Z CB radio installed on my 2001 Ford Taurus SE, and I just want to make sure its legal to be using my CB radio in Colorado.Is a cb radio legal on a passenger vehicle in Colorado?
CB is a citizen band radio frequency and has been open to unlicensed public use for many years now. As long as it is not modified to put out more than 4Watts you are fine.
