What is a better car an acura rsx or a Honda si both 2000 I like the si because vtec hits louder?

The rsx's vtec is a butterfly vtec and it reduces the power the vtec from the si hits loud and hard which one would you people recomendWhat is a better car an acura rsx or a Honda si both 2000 I like the si because vtec hits louder?
The RSX wasn't made in 2000. The earliest model is a 2002.
Well honestly you cant really compare the 2. If you do go with the RSX, then go with the type S. It has More power then the regular RSX (160 compared to 201 HP). On the other hand it is heavier then the SI. There is so much more parts offered from the SI witch will also be cheaper to build. Also you can change the intake on the RSX to a cold air and it will crack louder. si hits louder because the b motor itself is a loud engine. k motor was supressed in its loudness a bit and also the 6 speed transmission offers a more smoother ride. if you like loud engines then go around and roll with anything OF a b engine. K motors have slightly more torque, but the question of whos faster is anybody's guess.
which is better? i think the RSX (DC5) is better although i like the body style of the 2000 Civic Si (EM1) better.



there are many different aspects to compare here though....

such as....

B16 or K20..... i think K20 is better.

i-VTEC(RSX), or VTEC (Si).... cant compare the two because i haven't experienced i-VTEC yet.

is the RSX (base) or is it RSX type S.

different years civic is 1999-2000, RSX is 2002+

1st of all, the rsx wasn't made in 2000.

2nd, the RSX type-s is faster and more luxurious stock, and yes the i-vtec in the rsx is quiet stock, but an intake makes it roar!

I personally like the way the rsx looks better too.

So i say go with the RSX, but only if it's a type-s, otherwise there is no contest. An SI would kill a base RSX.
the 2000 honda si is better three reasons

~better gas mileage

~awesome style

~offers more horsepower
They are both almost the same but the rsx if u get the Type-S U have a K motor in it so ill b faster

But I like the Civic Body style
