Don't waste your money.
There is no need to do it... you obviously don't need the down force since it doesn't sound like you know enough about cars to actually be taking your car out on a track.

Since you don't need the downforce, you just want it because you "think it looks cool", so you don't need it professionaly installed since you won't need the additional bracing to transfer the down force to the car.

In your case, buy one on ebay, put it on your car trunk where you like it. Mark there the holes will be on the trunk, and just use a drill to drill the holes in that spot.

Then run the bolts through those whole and tigten the nuts on the inside of the trunk that connect to the bolts you just put threough. It will give you the look you want... although I don't know why you would want it if you dont spend time at the track...

(P.S. don't listen to the silly thing people say about not needing it on a front wheel drive. It is not put on cars to put more preasure over the driving wheels, it is used to keep the car more planted in the corners, so it is still effective in creating downfource and helpign to keep the car more stable... although... again, this is only if the wing is stabalized, and if you actually take your car to the track (a road course, not the drag strip)How much to install a high wing spoiler on my acura rsx and where do i go?
ya dont its a front wheel drive car, and unless your driving over 140 for a long time its a useless ugly piece if tin, unless therer factory wings the big one on the rsxs is as big as I would ever go
Better to bolt that wing on a pig to see if it can fly.How much to install a high wing spoiler on my acura rsx and where do i go?
it's called a drill, you can use it, just measure accurately, and install per instructions...

it isn't that hard, really...

but it IS pointless, your car is front wheel drive, you don't need any more downforce on the rear end...
Every one is right, you don't NEED to do it, but U didn't ask us that. Just like you don't need to bathe. The Point is you want to do it.So here's how:

Go to any reputable shop and the will probably charge 100 dollars to install and another 200 to paint. So expect to pay around 300. If it's already painted then just give it a shot. It is easy.
so i take it your doin this for the look right ? i hope your gettin the integra type r spoiler that the only one that looks nice and simple. back to your question it shouldnt be hard like everybody said but if you dont wanna do it yourself take it to a few body shops and get quotes.
