The RSX(type S) easily. It's faster, looks better, and handles better than the other two.
I'd go for a Celica GT-S first, any version of the RSX next, and TC last.
The TC may look the business, but it isn't a terribly fast car. IIRC, its 0-60 is almost 2 seconds slower than the high trim levels of Celica or RSX.

I would probably go for the RSX. Scion would be second choice, Celica third.
How old are you, what do you want to do with it, and what are you looking for?
the Celica and the Scion are both made from teh same base model. The Celica is the older versoin, while the tC is a newer version, built off the celica platform.
If your looking for a good on gas, fun to drive car, the RSX is your answer. Its fast, fun, compact, and good on gas.

I have owned 3 different Celicas and an Acura RSX (Honda Integra).
The RSX was way better than any of the Celicas. It was fun to drive with heaps of power, was reliable and quite economical fuel wise.
the Acura RSX. looks better than the toyota or scion, handles better, more comfortable to drive, faster in a scion, or toyota in straight line, and faster on the track.
